Any denial or omission of any data shown above, will void the warranty on the understanding that it is an own design, with specifications given by the customer, who assumes full responsibility for the manufacture of a prototype or prototypes according to their indications.
It is also necessary to follow, without exception, all installation procedures and safety measures that are reflected in the safety data sheet.
Quantity:
The sale of the products will always be made by order of the buyer, being accepted only by any written means (e-mail, fax, letter, ...) never by telephone.

In case of lack of any material necessary to proceed with the manufacture of an order, Maxiwatt may use, without prior notice, a material of higher quality than the one contracted and in a constructive way that improves the performance of the resistance, without any price increase. This type of case is understood to be exceptional and will not set a precedent for future orders.
Delivery:
Cuando los envíos se hagan con condiciones EXW, el riesgo de pérdida de mercancía en el transporte va a cargo del comprador. Salvo que el cliente especifique en pedido unas condiciones especiales de envío. Maxiwatt designará el medio de transporte y las condiciones de dicho transporte.
Shipping cost of packages that our habitual transport company doesn’t accept, due to size or volume, will be assumed by the customer.
Restocking charges:
During holiday periods, orders are shipped within 2-3 days.
Shipping Policy:
If you want we send your order to Ceuta and Melilla, as well as to countries outside the EU (especially when the package goes through the customs of Russia), we can only take charge of the package until customs. Once there, the client must take over charge to draw up the necessary documents and pick up your order.
If the order consists of different products, the order will be shipped as soon as the whole set is ready, everything will be shipped in a single pack. It will not be divided in different shipments.

Return policy:
Before a return is made, the company must be informed of the reason for the return. With this the company will authorize the buyer to send the defective material, always carriage paid, to carry out an examination and determine whether the defect is manufacturing, if so, it will be agreed to pay the amount of the goods and transport or replace the goods. In case of credit, the amount will be reimbursed by deducting it from future purchases.
Tampered, improperly used or mechanically damaged items will not be taken care of, and will remain at the customer's disposal for 30 days if he/she wishes to recover them.
Responsibility:
The total liability for any claim shall be limited to the price of the product or service that caused the claim.
In no case, Resistencias Industriales Maxiwatt, will be responsible for consequences of accidents or incidents (accidents to persons, damages to other goods, economic or financial consequences).
Change order:
The buyer must notify, in writing, the requested changes in the quantity, measurements and specifications of the products, provided that they are not in the process of being manufactured. Upon receipt of such notification Maxiwatt will inform the customer of any variation in the conditions of the order, both in price and delivery time as a result of the requested changes, which the customer must approve before proceeding with the manufacture.
Prices:
The prices of our tariffs refer to the materials whose characteristics are determined in the same and its catalog. The price of the product does not include transportation costs, as well as customs charges or any type of tax or fee that occurs once the goods leave Maxiwatt. The corresponding V.A.T. will also be applied to the invoice.
Variations in prices and availability of stock material may occur without prior notice.
Tools:
All tools and accessories found at Maxiwatt are the property of the company. Maxiwatt will accept tools sent by the buyer for the realization of their orders, provided that the shipment of the tools is made without any cost or shipping costs for Resistencias Industriales Maxiwatt. The tool will always be the property of the buyer, and Maxiwatt is committed to make good use of the tool in the realization of the products.
Materials:
We do not use these types of materials: Tantalum, Tin, Gold and Tungsten.
Cancellation charges:
There will be no cancellation fee on in-stock products. Orders for special size products will be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the manufacturing process they are in at the time of cancellation.
Urgent Services:
In holiday periods or holidays, urgent or immediate delivery services may be cancelled. You will be informed of the non-acceptance of the same as soon as possible.
Prototypes:
If the products ordered by the buyer are based on a prototype, there is no warranty covering the product because the buyer has the duty to test this prototype before the realization and application of the product, for possible modifications to be made both in the prototype and in the material and assembly.
Warranty:
Maxiwatt guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of supply, provided that the product has been correctly applied, used and maintained; not to be confused with the useful life of the resistance, which can range from minutes to years.
Elements intended for immersion in aggressive waters, fluids and chemical solutions are in no case guaranteed against corrosion or other defects. Maxiwatt does not guarantee any product against damage caused by corrosion or other defects of this origin.
During long periods of storage or inactivity, the heating elements may acquire moisture that temporarily decreases the electrical insulation value, which can be recovered by connection or pre-cooling.
The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective item.
Fuero:
The validity, interpretation and fulfillment of this agreement and/or order and any related controversy shall be submitted to the judges and courts of Alicante, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
